At Dragonfly, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and requires dedicated clinical time, equipment, and staff coordination. Once scheduled, that time is removed from availability for other patients seeking care. For this reason, appointment times cannot be freely moved, canceled, or reassigned without notice. To ensure the highest level of care and availability for all patients, we maintain the following payment policy:
Payment Methods
Major credit cards are accepted.
There is a financing option available thru Klarna.
HSA and FSA cards are also accepted, please ensure they are valid and eligible for healthcare services.
Payment & Booking
All appointments require full payment at the time of booking to secure your reserved time.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and the dedicated resources required for each appointment, cancellations are not permitted and all payments are non-refundable.
