A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be charged automatically to the card on file 72 hours prior to the scheduled scan. If the payment is declined, the full balance remains due and must be paid promptly to retain your reservation. Affirm payments are processed in advance per their terms. HSA and FSA cards are accepted—please ensure they are valid and eligible for healthcare services.
