Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

At Dragonfly, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and requires dedicated clinical time, equipment, and staff coordination. To ensure the highest level of care and availability for all patients, we maintain the following scheduling policy:

Payment & Booking

All appointments require full payment at the time of booking to secure your reserved time.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment once, provided that notice is given at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment. With a $300 fee

Appointment Transfers

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to move your appointment to a future date, subject to availability and the same 72-hour notice requirement. This ensures your reserved time is preserved without forfeiting your appointment.

Missed Appointments

Appointments missed without proper notice will incur a $300 missed appointment fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of our services and the dedicated resources required for each appointment, cancellations are not permitted and all payments are non-refundable.

Why This Policy Exists

Each appointment slot is highly valuable and reserved specifically for you. Once scheduled, that time is removed from availability for other patients seeking care. For this reason, appointment times cannot be freely moved, canceled, or reassigned without notice.
